Spoiler Not Working After Publishing

I am able to view and interact with the “Preview” of the Spoiler shortcode I am about to insert into my page, but once the page is published the Spoiler is not interactive on my site.

I read a number of existing support threads and tried disabling “Custom Formatting” in the SU Settings. The other recommendation was to enable Compatability Mode in my page’s Settings menu, but “Shortcodes” does not appear in my page’s Settings menu.
