Hi @itutorialro,
Thanks for posting on the forums.
Could you please tell me what conditions you have set for pop pover so that i can help you to show it on other pages also?
Also try using different Pop Over loading methods from the following path.
Admin -> Pop Overs -> Settings

Hi @wpmudev,
Thank you for your prompt reply. I sat, in Display Rules pano, mobile/tablets: Enabled, Show in: Everywhere, Show to: Logged in users and Non Logged Users, User Roles: Admin, Editor, Author, Contributor, Subscriber, and the rest of settings I let unselected. In Main Settings pano, I select Enabled, introduced my pages’ links, Show Close Button Yes, Close Advanced Keys Enabled, Days until popup shows again: 1 seconds for popup to appear: 2, seconds for popup to close 30, I let a display thanks message which I set to appear for 4 seconds.
Awaiting for your response,
Best regards,
Hi @itutorialro,
Could you please change the following:
Show to: Logged in users and Non Logged Users
To this:
Show to: Non Logged Users
That will allow the popover to show ONLY for logged out users.
Otherwise, the two rules conflict and wouldn’t show anything, because of the way they work. If you want the popover to show for both logged in and logged out users, you can simply remove that rule, you wouldn’t need it at all in the case.
If it still doesn’t show up with that, could you please try removing all rules, just leaving it blank. And let us know how that works for you?
Thanks!
David

Hi David,
Thank you for your advice! Unfortunately, I changed the settings as you told me, but the popup still doesn’t appear on all my pages (it appears only on home page). I don”t need to have the popup for logged in users, but I really want it to be shown on every post or page.
By the way, I tried to unable all the user roles’ options, but I can’t (after I saved the configuration, they appear enabled automatically. Also, I can”t remove all the rules.
My webpage is iTutorial.ro. Also you could try to access a post, like this, to see that the popup appears only after you access the main page.
Awaiting for your response.
Thanks,
Hi @itutorialro,
I was able to see the popup when visiting that last link. It sounds like this has to do with the “Popover shown less than” rule.
Are you using that rule? Is so, could you try removing that?
If not, could you possibly provide a screenshot of your rules page, perhaps through screencast.com or similar service?
Thanks,
David

Hi @david,
I don’t use that rule. At least I don’t remember to activate it.
I make a screenshot for every settings page of the plugin and I published them on http://www.screencast.com/users/iTutorial.ro/folders/PopUp%20plugin
Please tell me where I should change settings, and I do it.
Thanks,
Hi @itutorialro,
Thanks for posting those! That certainly helps as that’s not our plugin!
You’ve got a different plugin there, rather than this one:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-popup/
We’d love to assist with your use of our popup plugin though. Just let me know if you’d like assistance with it. π
Thanks!

Hi David,
I’m so sorry! Up until now I didn’t realize that I post my message into another thread…
I’m going to test your plugin to see if it is better for me.
Thank you and please excuse me for this!
Have a nice day,
Hi @itutorialro,
No worries at all, we’d love to assist with any questions you might have with our plugin. π
