POP UP Rules displays underneath widgets?

    I was wanting to use the popup function for displaying the rules and disclaimer, however it seems to layer wrong and pops up under the widgets on my front page of my theme and therefore looks awful and unreadable. How can this be fixed so it opens up at the top layer???

    Also, confirmation email not working at all. I have tested and none are going out…why?

    Otherwise I like it 😉
