Hello, I know this problem happened to almost everyone.

I can’t get the feed for auto update. I already install crontrol and the wprss_fetch_single_feed_hook is run every 15 minutes.

Can you help me to make the auto update feed working?

That sounds like you have a problem with the Cron system on your WordPress installation. Have you contacted your host about the issue? They are the ones to talk to with regards to cron issues.
