Insert Google Analytics Code into a single portfolio item?

Before I install the plugin I already knew that wordpress users could insert their Google Analytics code manually by insert the code into footer.php. But one thing always concern me is that I got other two codes that I would like to put into a single portfolio item. Say if I have 11 items with portfolio pages, I would like insert those two codes separately into 4 of 11, and another code insert into the rest of the items. I don’t know if this wonderful plugin could possibly do this. I will be really APPRECIATE if anyone here could help solve the problems here!
