Not working if using custom template

    Show hierarchy: Only related sub-items
    Starting depth: 1
    How many levels to display: Unlimited depth
    Filter selection from: Display all
    Select the filter: none
    All other settings are empty.

    I have a place in sidebar there this plugin is displayed.
    Plus i have an extra full WP-menu (hovered dropdown menus in Twenty Twelve) in header.

    AMW works well with WP default template, it shows SUB-items correctly in sidebar.
    If i change any SUB-item template to my own custom template (to display any custom post type for example), AMW dissapears.

    What can be wrong?
