Map wont take any location changes

Hey there, I have your plugin installed here – http://sudbrock.smetrix.de/en/bezugsquellen/

When i want to change my current position my drag’n drop or simply typing in a position the map will refresh but wont take any changes. The Control Panel on the left even looks very different. Have deleted the old plugin installation and startet a new but the problem still exist. Any suggestions?
