• In trying to connect my client’s Linked In via the Sharing page in settings for Jetpack (Publicize), it says “There was a problem creating your connection. Please go back and try again.”. The infomation is accurate, so how can this be resolved?

The client is ritamcgrath.com. I can provide Jetpack credentials via email if you like.

    Jetpack Mechanic 🚀

Could you give it another try? If you still experience issues, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

I’m having the same problem. Will follow the advice above.

    I don’t see a debug link!
Oops, yes I do.. 60-year old eyes. Tiny text in the footer links

Deactivating all plugins except Jetpack, reconnecting Linkedin, then reactivating all plugins worked.
