Multisite Problems

    Just Making sure this is seen by starting a new topic.

    I have WP LIVE CHAT SUPPORT installed on multisite install and it does not work. The chat box pops up, I can fill out my name and email and click enter. It then says “Connecting you to a sales person. Please be patient.” And nothing occurs in the back-end of the site.

    I really need this to work as there doesn’t seem to be many good chat support plugins out there that are not incredibly bloated with proprietary stuff.

    I also purchased the pro add-on. I will be looking to get that refunded if we can’t find a fix for this problem.

    The plugin is not multisite compatible but we are planning on doing this in the near future.
