gn_ prefixes with Version 4.5.0

I have yet again been thwarted by the prefixes. I LOVE this plugin, but it seems every other time I to update it, this happens. I tried adding this function to my functions.php and that did not help. I also clicked save changes on the Settings page and that did nothing as well.
