    Hi William,

You can only add Factlinks after publising your post. This is because we need a url to link the Factlink to, so we can refer that that statement.

Correct. Sorry, I tried it on an existing post, tried to find any button that would refer to factlinks and couldn’t. Tried selecting text — anything. Where is the factlink button supposed to be in the editor? Within the buttons? What does it look like. I am excited because this will work so great in our support group. So much wanting to participate.

    I just don’t see a factlink button

No problem, I will try to explain it more clear:

It’s not needed to go to your post editor. You can just go to a blog post (permalink page) and select the text. A semi transparant black button with the text “Add Factlink” will appear above your mouse cursor.

Please send me a link to your blog if it still doesn’t work.

Thank you for the further explanation. Works Great! Thank you. So can all users do this now? If so, Can only registerd users do this? Thanks again?

Although, it is a private user support group we do open our blog posts to everyone. So this is really neat! I see anyone at this time can add a fact check. Which is alright-Still like the idea. Our site is tvbari.org — Appreciate the plugin. Is there a way to control the info placed into the fact check–like if there is spam added to it?

    Thanks

Great! Every visitor of your website can view the created Factlinks, but only registered Factlink users can comment, give their opinion or add Factlinks on their own. People can easily create an account by connecting with Twitter or Facebook.

At this moment there’s no spam control, but we will certainly when this is necessary.
