    Hello there,

Actually we are using a WordPress plugin called “AdRotate” to manage Ads on our website, otherwise we are using the social sharing option from the Jetpack plugin.

The problem is, when a user try to share a post/page on Facebook (throw the Facebook sharing button), the thumbnails that loaded for the open graph images’ thumbnails are loading the ads’ images, which is too weird “Check this link – try to share the post”.

If there is a solution to avoid loading the ads’ images as open graph images, it will be appreciated.

    Thank you.
    EF.

    Jetpack Mechanic 🚀

When you share a post on Facebook, or when Jetpack Publicize publishes a post to your Facebook page, Facebook crawls the page and looks for Open Graph meta tags in the head to build a complete post preview (with an image, title, description, …).

Jetpack automatically adds these open graph meta tags to your site unless you already use another plugin to handle Open Graph meta tags. On your site, you’re using the WordPress SEO plugin, but haven’t configured it to add Open graph meta tags to your posts.
I would recommend that you go to SEO > Social in your dashboard, and add the meta tags from there; it will help Facebook figure out what images to use when your readers share posts.
