Nginx integration – Unable to open primary script

Using wp-ffpc with full nginx integration. But getting No input file specified. The following error message is logged into the nginx error log:

2013/10/25 16:27:53 [error] 22752#0: *1 FastCGI sent in stderr: “Unable to open primary script: /srv/www/mydomainhere (Success)” while reading response header from upstream, client: X.X.X.X, server: mydomainhere.com, request: “GET / HTTP/1.1”, upstream: “fastcgi://127.0.0.1:3001”, host: “mydomainhere.com”
