Thanks, Herc. I think our issue (since it only started this morning) is due to the Facebook bug discussed in your second link. We’re waiting it out to see when it will be fixed by FB. They’ve promised a fix soon!
Our plug-in is functioning again, after FB pushed their fix to production.
My facebook comment plug-in is still not working – the error code “Param numposts must be a number greater than or equal to 1” dissapeared, but there are still no old comments and no box to comment.
My website is http://www.sielosnamai.lt
I cleaned cookies, deactivated the plug-in and activated it again. Do I need to do anything else to make it work, as I see others have this problem already solved…
Please help. 🙂
Thank you.
Aura
Finally I figured out myself, what was wrong with my Facebook comments plugin settings. Maybe some of you are facing the same problem and still don’t know how to solve it.
So, all you have to do is to go to plugin settings/comment box settings/number of post to display. Insert some number there – e.g. 100.
That’s it.
My plug in finally works perfectly. Even the function “Notify me about Facebook comments by email”, which didn’t work before, now is doing its job.
Yeyyyy!!!!
