Alas, the support for this plugin is practically non-existent. This says something about the quality of support you can expect even after paying for the pro version. 🙁
When can we expect version 3 to release?

Also, is it possible to upload a pdf of an original review? We hand out paper reviews which they send back into us. It would be nice to write in their comment and also a link that displays the original pdf. Currently we cannot do that.

@seozones, you can do that. When adding the comment, you can link to the PDF, image of the letter, or whatever. You can upload the PDF using media manager, then get the link and put it into the comments. See the first review on this page for an example of a link I inserted into a comment: http://joeyseo.com/?page_id=2

@gowebsol, yes, really. What you pointed to me is a thread you created 6 hours ago. Look at the hundreds of threads that have gone unreplied in the last many months (years?) to see the quality of support for this plugin. I do think that your pro version must be awesome just like the free one, but I doubt that support will be able to match up.
Is this going to be compatible with wordpress 3.8?
Well golly, this is good news and I do understand the amount of work involved in developing but to be truthful fellas, I was really starting to give up hope on this coming to see the light of day.
I emailed you guys directly months ago and never even got a courtesy response back from you.
