Columns Start at Different Heights Easy Column

Using Easy Columns 1/2 Columns for the below page:

Problem is as you can see the columns start at two different heights? How can this be fixed?

And is it possible to still run a bulletpoint list within the columns, if yes, than how so? I tried adding the usual

and
• set up but to no avail.
