Changed Theme Now Stats Dropped

I recently switched to the ‘Magazine Basic’ theme and it may be just a coincidence but when I did, the traffic stats dramatically dropped. Also, the jetpack bar does not appear on the top of the screen when admin is logged in.

I understand Jetpack staff is out until the 7th but if anyone has some experience with this, please reach out.
