    Well there is nothing wrong about charging money for an adon, but maybe you should make it work first :/

    1. Chat window is buggy, just white… http://gyazo.com/1bb226a5051b0ae9434d41ac5fb2f85c

    2. while the windows still shows “Connecting you to a sales person. Please be patient.” the chat disapeared in the backend

    3. one chat with another person still is open after 5 minutes even if he left the site (closed the browser) and there is no option in the backend to close the chat. so i cant iniciate a new one…

    also it just doenst look nice… i am not a fan of to manny options, but a little slicker look would be nice.

    It seems more that the autor is trying to make a quick dime here than to deliver a good plugin (and yes i have spend a lot of money on plugins and donating aleready.)

    Sorry for this harsh review but its rly disappointing

    Sorry for the delay. I’ve had personal matters to attend to. I apologise.

    1. You have full control over the font colour and background colour in the settigns panel.

    2. This is probably due to a JS error from another plugin or your theme. Can you paste your console output here for me to debug?

    3. There is a timeout of 5 minutes if the user dissapears. The new version now has ‘close chat’ functionality.

    Same issue
    It allway show “Connecting you to a sales person. Please be patient.” after click start chat.

    Hi Ntsasng

    Could please go to the plugin editor, and edit the wplc_u.js (Basic Version) or wplc_u_pro.js (Pro version). Find the following two lines

    wplc_chat_session_id = response;
wplc_check_cookie_id = response;

    and replace them with the following

    wplc_chat_session_id = jQuery.trim(response);
wplc_check_cookie_id = jQuery.trim(response);

    Please let me know if this solved your problem.

    The chat looks to be returning a chat id correctly so this isn’t the issue. Could you please send me login details to nick@wp-livechat.com and I will be able to see why you can’t answer the chat in the admin section.

    Sorry, status in admin is not yet active. I’ve just active chat status, it work fine.
