Syntax error – popup not working | WordPress.org

Hi guys,

Just installed the latest release of the wordpress popup (never installed an earlier version) but the popup is not coming.

Looking at the console on the page where it should appear (http://www.veltion.be/veltion-is-gelanceerd/), it throws an JS syntax error: illegal character on next line:

“if (script.readyState && script.onload!==null){“

Any ideas?

Hi @abracke

Do you not get the error if PopUp is disabled?

What is the loading method? Can you try Page Footer or Custom Load? Go to Pop Overs > Settings to alter this.
