Hello!
We are changed the URLs in order to support Polylang, and give nice URLs also, however we support older links
Please, can you send us your website URL to: contact at knewsplugin dot com?
Thanks,
Carles.
Please, can do you update knews and tell me if now works?
(same link should show the newsletter).
Thanks!
Carles.

Hi! Thanks for the answer.
I should have look at this more closely before posting here.
The problem seems to be jquery. I have it deregistered and I use it on some parts of my website only (for optimization reasons). I don’t load it on home page so knews is unable to use ajax for loading content. In previous method, when jquery was not present, newsletter was, simply, displayed in browser window, which was very fine for me.
Please, check if jQuery is loaded twice. This brokes jQuery also. Can do you send me your site URL at: contact at knewsplugin dot com or publish here?

I set my website to load jquery on front page and it fixed the problem. But loading jquery every time, whether it is needed or not, is not very good option.
So many themes load jQuery, because there some functionality. The Knews subscription form needs also jQuery because works with AJAX

Carles.
Hello!
your plugin works amazing but it seems to fail with the %cant_read_text_link% and %unsubscribe_href% links.
I use a language pluging called nLingual and the permanent links are set to ‘entry name’.
Right now, when I click on those links it sends me to the home page.
Do I need to add something to the .htaccess file?
Thanks.
Warm regards,
Óscar Santiago
Hello toskar! Thanks for your words…
For now Knews supports Polylang, WPML and qTranslate plugins.
Please, open new thread for this if needed, this is closed two months ago!!!

Carles Reverter.
