Jetpack "add media" button doesn't work

I’ve searched the forums around this and I can’t find the solution.

I’ve installed jetpack on one of my sites http://www.ilovejeans.com today and the add media button doesn’t work, although it does work when it’s deactivated.

I’ve cycled through disabling the other plug-ins with non of them seemingly fixing the problem.

I’ve run firebug just now and I have an error with this piece of jquery but it appaears to be a system problem though
