Are you positive that Custom Bulk/Quick Edit is enabled?
Do you not see the “Custom Bulk/Quick” link in WP Admin > Settings?
The page link is something like
http://wp.localhost/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=custom-bulkquick-edit-settings

ugh… silly feller, wp.localhost is my local domain, you should’ve put in your website domain name instead.
If you’re still having trouble, please send an admin login to support@aihr.us and then create an email referencing this thread to that same support email.

i,m testing on local host not a live site yet, but that url on my local host i get

Ah, http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/bulk-edit-custom-field/trunk/bulk-edit-custom-field.php, is only placeholder code. You still need to customize that stuff to do what mine does.
It’s some pretty insecure code as well.
