The plugin it self, will generate Home > Category > Post for you. For the other part, if you have split the post into multiple pages, and each section name is one of those you can use this: https://github.com/mtekk/Breadcrumb-NavXT-Extensions/blob/master/breadcrumb_navxt_cust_paged_title.php
Otherwise, you are doing something within the browser which will require a browser side script (some JavaScript) to make things work for the last portion. Breadcrumb NavXT is a server side script that only deals with generating markup.

i know its not the same but, is it possible with this plugin to get the name in the breadcrumbs as it apper in the menu title ?

I would also like to see the ability to use the menu title, since when the customer views the breadcrumb trail it is usually within the context of the menu option they chose.
Maybe an option %mtitle% could be added?
