Pro version took my money

    I paid for the pro version using paypal by clicking the link at the bottom of the plugin page. It didn’t go anywhere after I paid and timed out. I now have the free version installed and it tells me to pay to upgrade. I’m not going to pay twice so how to I get my upgrade? Pretty bad upgrade process – I hope the actual plugin is more well thought-out than this! Can someone please help me to get what I paid for?

    I have paid for Pro version too, but still says i’m running FREE and asking to upgrade 🙁

    That’s something you’ll need to take up with the plugin author on his own site. These forums are not for discussing or support the “Pro” version.

    @rs Publishing? The link for the “Pro” version goes to a paypal link. That is very uncool and you need to update that with a useful link.

    Supporting your “Pro” customers here is not permitted.
