Can you be more descriptive?
all the shortcodes i put on my pages or articles don’t work any more for example on this link at the end, you will see the dropcap is not functionning anymore !

Can you switch theme to default and test this page?
Also, can you check the plugin setting page and make sure that compatibility mode is turned off?

it doesnt help me, wp 3.6 with WP StrapThirteen theme.
With default theme (thirteen) it works.

As I can see you’re using prefixes gn_ for shortcodes. In this case you need to turn ON compatibility mode.

Also, would you like to test a new version of my plugin that is already available on GitHub?
I just tested new version with this theme, and it works great out of the box.
i think its bug with theme, see few errors.
