Is there any way to edit the captions below my Album thumbnails?

I would like to remove the date as well as increase the font.

Sorry for the late reply. You can adjust these through CSS. The caption is in the class .shashinThumbnailCaption and the class for the date is .shashinAlbumCaptionDate. See here http://www.toppa.com/shashin-wordpress-plugin/#stylesheets
