Creating chatroom

I have logged into my account but seem not to be able to create a chatroom. I am the administrator. Is the administrator only one allowed to created chat room?

Also I am currently using the Exciter them and wanted to associate various categories with a specific chatroom. Is that possible?

with the Exciter them, the category that is created, can open into a new page. I’d liked that new category to open to specific chatroom.
