I’m unable to reproduce this problem. Would it be possible to use the sagepay test server and setup debug to capture the information being sent?

The current problem is on a live site. So I can’t really be making lots of changes.
Can you do it without shutting down the site or causing on-page errors?

Can you not reproduce this on a test site?
I know for US we have to send a state – do you know what state or is this happening on all?
Can you let me know what versions of woocommerce, sagepay direct and wordpress you are using?

The plugins did need updating, and I’ve updated them now.
I’ve had a look at the code myself and I’ve made a few changes, I’m going to see if they work. If not, I will create a test site and give you the details.
it’s tedious as I have little access myself – I need to wait for them to test it and confirm if it works or not.
