Publisher error when posting to Facebook

When I publish a post I get the following error:
Failed posting to your Facebook Timeline. Error: {“message”:”(#100) You haven’t enabled Explicitly Shared for this action type (331247406956072) yet. Please update your Open Graph settings in the App Dashboard”,”type”:”OAuthException”}.
However, I have “Explicitly shared” that “People can publish” in the app I created for this purpose. I would like to be able to automatically post to Facebook, what else might I be missing?
