I am using the Custom Gallery to display a thumbnail of recent posts that links to the post itself.

All works well except, I can’t figure out how to specify which categories to display, it seems to default to show all categories and I only want to choose one or two.

    [gn_custom_gallery style=”1″ source=”cat=travel-tips, cruising-tips, packing-tips” link=”permalink” description=”1″ size=”175×175″ limit=”6″]

Is there someway I can do that, revise the css?
Also is there any way I can show the post title?

    Hello gcinardo,

    unfortunately this is impossible.
In next version of SU (4.0.0) custom_gallery shortcode was removed and may be will be added later.

Actually I did figure out how to itemize the correct category. I was using the category name rather than the category id. Once I put in the ID it worked fine.

So, you’re saying they are taking that feature out of the newest version. Does this mean me and everyone who has used the custom gallery shortcode will no longer have a gallery feature?

At this moment I ponder the possibility of this feature…
