Permissions, multisite

I’ll see if I can add a filter to allow users to change this options with some extra code, but I would have thought for standard sites it would make more sense to use the edit_plugins permission – only user roles that are allowed to modify plugin settings should have this permission.

I wouldn’t have thought edit_other_posts would be a plugin related permission? Maybe there is a multisite plugins permission available. I’ll have a look.
