Is that formatted well? Try to save in utf-8 and ensure that it is properly escaped.

all fields are imported except happy
when selecting fields when importing I put post_content but nothing is imported
My file is in utf8 generated by open office
even with only text without html it does not pass

“ensure that it is properly escaped” Try the same csv in google docs. If you can see all the columns and rows as expected it is well formatted. If not format again by fixing the break points. Also you can try with different delimiter.

I created a neutral test file on google docs that I exported separated by csv
but the result is same as everything is imported except post_content
I put the html or not
I disabled all addons in case there would be a conflict but to no avail …
