FYI: Jetpack 2.3 throwing error with gravatar script

With Jetpack 2.3 active, I see the following error in my console.

TypeError: jQuery(…).on is not a function

Because it’s a JQuery error, it prevents a number of other JQuery-based items from working. In this specific case, Gravity Forms conditional fields.
