Successful Verification Page

In future releases could you add a redirect option once a new user verifies their account. The current page that a user gets redirected after clicking the link in the email is very non-information and requires extra steps to sign-in.

Until/If this is added, is there a way to edit the page that a user lands on after clicking the verification email?
