You set it up correctly, problem was on our end. This will be fixed in 0.9.2 that will be released later today.

this should be working with 0.9.2 (did some tests again just to be sure).
Please verify:
- You have contesthopper 0.9.2
- “Entries per referral” for the contest (“Settings” tab) is 1 or greater
- You are using different emails for the “referrer participant” and “referred participant”
The participant that acted as a referrer should have correct number in “Referrals” row (admin menu: ContestHopper / Participants).
If this won’t help, try to delete and re-install the plugin. If that won’t help either, please post here again and I will dig deeper.

– I have 0.9.2
– “Entries per referral” is 2
– I’am using different emails (and computer, and ip) for the participants.
Disclaimer & Rules, are they required ?
I checked :
– Twt, Facebook et G+ in widget Setting.
– Display name field
– Contest participants have to submit their full name.
– Display referral link
– Display countdown field
– Send confirmation email
– Double opt-in
My shortcode is : [contesthopper contest=”9160″] and the contest is in a public post.

Currently, there is no option to hide Disclaimer & Rules (will add it to feature requests), but you can leave them empty for now.
I see you are using double opt-in. Does the referral work without it?

I have found the issue with referrals when connected with double opt-in. This will be (hopefully for the last time) fixed with 0.9.3.
