    Hi connman,

    I looked into the issue on your site. It seems a jQuery conflict or dependency issue. But sorry, I could not trace the exact point of problem by just looking into console.

    If you replicate the same issue on any test site and give its FTP credentials, then I could try to resolve it.

    The point of problem behind this issue could be because of many of the possibilities such as jQuery file version, jQuery modal file version, JS files dependency while enqueing them etc.

    If you wish to give FTP credentials of the test/live site, you can send it at support[at]wisdmlabs[dot]com Or if you don’t wish to do so, you can test for the above issues by your self.
