Not able to save Namespace

Dear Support,
I have been trying to save namespace for last 24 hours, but getting error “Error There was a problem saving your changes. Please try again later.” I have used 9 letter small caps word as my namespace.
Before that I had changed Apps Domain and Hosting URL. I had used Heroku.
Kindly let me know, what else I need to do.
