Info Box not displaying

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but I am having trouble getting maps to display correctly. I have tried using the following methods to call the map from within templates.

echo do_shortcode('[geo_mashup_map auto_info_open="true" height="90%" width="100%"]');

and

echo GeoMashup::map('height=90%&width=100%e&auto_info_open=true');

If I place this code within the Loop then the map displays and shows the pin in the correct position but there is no info box and the pin can’t be clicked. If however I place the code outside the loop then it works fine. I’m using WP 3.5.1 and basic Twenty Twelve theme (unmodified).

Anyone got any thoughts on this?
