Cryptx not working with all custom posts

Hi,

Thank you for the useful plugin.

I can’t seem to get Cryptx to hide e-mails for a custom post that is created using the following plugin
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/custom-content-type-manager/

It’s working form some but not a particular one.
