Could you try deactivating all Jetpack modules, one at a time, and let me know if one of modules seems to be slowing your site down?

Also, can you try deactivating all of your plugins and then reactivating them one by one to see if there’s a conflict with one of them and Jetpack? If you can narrow down the delay to a conflict with one plugin in particular, please us know.
