Not processing paymants and drop off's.

I’m not sure exactly what’s causing it, but I’m hearing from customers that they can’t make their transactions. I’m using stripe, and I have a live account, https and have successfully entered the web hook into stripe. I’m suspecting that users are just clicking away from the page because there is no loading icon notifying them their payment is processing. I’m not finding any javascript errors on my page and I have been able to successfully make transactions.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
