Whith this plugin is active all JS on the site stopped working correctly.

Hello. Your post was not very complete in regards of the information needed to successfully help you with your issue (see forum guidelines). For instance, have you tried:
1. disabling all your other plugins in case there’s a plugin incompatibility between our plugin and another one on your server?
2. rolling your theme back to WP default’s?
Additionally, it would be great if you could provide the following information:
3. WP version;
4. UTMCE version;
5. Link to your site.
Thanks.Yeah… I doubt it’s this plugin. It sounds like you have another plugin which might not be loading it’s javascript files correctly.
If you want.. you can also list the plugins you are using.. and I can tell you if there are any known conflicts.
I very seriously don’t think it’s this plugin breaking your javascript. How many other plugins do you have activated?
The problem started a few days ago. So far the only solution I found was disabling your plugin.

Okay… so you probably don’t want to turn off ALL of your plugins.. right??
So… Let’s try these.. as I’ve seen issues with them before.
1. WP-Filebase
2. WP Super CacheThe other thing I can think of… did you rename your wp-content directory? It may be an option in the “Better WP Security” plugin.
Lastly.. have you checked to see that each of your plugins are rated for the newest version of WP that you are using?
EDIT: Also, please make sure you update the ultimate tinymce plugin to version 4.0.9.
I deactivated a bunch of plugins. Tested and it works again, so I thought I must have hit the correct plugin. I started to reactivate them one by one. Now all are activated and the problem is not longer present. I somewhat confused. :S
