HTML links

What to do if I have only a HTML link like this one:

<img src=”http://www.tqlkg.com/image-7041183-11300671&#8243; width=”300″ height=”250″ alt=”South Beach Smoke E-Cigarette – Made In The USA E-Juice” border=”0″/>

Is there an other way than copy/paste the URL’s out of the HTML code.
I am need to have hundreds of images in my site, which I am trying to build now. I am using WP iFeature Pro. See http://www.jeertshoppingmall.com
