I need 25 fields on form

    I am trying to use this as a form for membership proposals of rules / classes. There are about 25 items that need to be detailed in the submission. After I added a few fields the contact form would not let me add any more. About 8 in total if memory serves. Ideally, it would be great if the form could just post to the same page the form was on for other members to see, question or critique. If this is the wrong tool, please advise of the simplest tool that would work for me.

    Hello Mark Horne,

    This plugin is designed for sending message to email. Information, which you wrote, more related with comments and reviews to posts. You can use another plugin, for example Contact form 7.
