Image Not Re-sizing With Window

I have an image map on my homepage here: http://TeraBrite.tv

When I have the plugin enabled the image doesn’t re-size with the window. When I have the plugin disabled the image re-sizes with the window but the hot spot links don’t. Is there a fix for this?
