I have the same issue but I did update to WP 3.5
Do you experience similar issues when looking at your Site Stats from WordPress.com home page?
https://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/
Could you also try to deactivate your cache plugins, and see if that helps?
Well in the end it worked by disconnecting my account and reconnecting it again. However the problem is back because I upgraded to WP 3.5
I can view my stats when I go to the link https://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/ but the not all the stats show. It also says cant load title while plug in is deactivated. Screen shot below. There are no deactivated plugins

THis is how it looks in my backend. Just constant loop no stats show

Thanks for providing the screenshots, it’s very helpful.
I forwarded the issue to our developers, and I will keep you posted.
I was having this issue, and I finally installed this plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/use-google-libraries/ – the “use google libraries” plugin – and it resolved the continuous stats load issue for me.
Just added it and it worked as well! Thank you
@jdlauto I am glad to see you’re all set. Do you still experience issues when viewing Stats on WordPress.com? I just had a look at them, and I don’t see the error message about deactivated plugins anymore.
No issues at all now. Everything works as normal with the mention plugin installed
I had the same issue since upgrading to 3.5, I tried all other suggestions: remove and reinstall plugin, activate and deactivate + reconnect to wp.org. If you have FireBug (for firefox) installed and try to view the status, you’ll see heaps and heaps of errors in the console related to JavaScript files hosted on wp.com (for the admin section).
I installed the plugin mentioned above “Use Google Libraries” and it works now.
Some people mention changing themes also (to the default 2012 one), but that didn’t didn’t work for me.
I have WP-SuperCache installed, so I turned it off and back on just to be sure. Just for the record it was still logging stats(I could see them on wp.org even when I couldn’t view them from the JetPack dashboard.
