Weird profile images next to posts from wordpress

Hi, really like this plugin, we have it enabled and it seems to be posting from wordpress to Facebook fine except for 1 small issue, this is the image that it takes for the post is nothing to do with my site, its normally images of other people and nothing I post.

How can I stop this and change it to say for default my logo??
