I was so psyched about this plugin. Alas, like another one I’ve tried, it doesn’t work with amazon.com affiliate links. I’d be happy to work with you if you want to try and tackle this.

I don’t know if there was an update since your post, but it works perfectly with amazon affiliate and adds the NoFollow for each one.
