Ad Engine – Using Banner Code

A client provided banner code to insert on the site http://www.osmmag.com. Does this plugin not have the capability to use banner code instead of just images? Heres the banner code I must input and it must be through this plugin as this is what I have to serve my ads. Any help would be appreciated.
