Can't Drop Widget into any sidebar

Hi,
I wasn’t able to even put the widget in a sidebar. It just stuck to the mouse. The plugin also seemed to create a ‘slot’ in the sidebar I tried to put it in that doesn’t go away and you can’t put any widgets in it.
